Our methodology
The methodology that we have developed is called OMABI.
We wrote a book about it. In fact, we wrote two.
OMABI is a philosophy that combines joie de vivre, independence, creativity, responsibility and, of course, profitability.
The simplicity of this model is what is captivating!
It is a general frame of reference to link quality systems and tools.OMABI gives a project validation. It is then defined by PDCA, 5M and QQOQCP.It makes for a genuine environmentally-friendly saving and works on the principle of careful use of human and material energies (i.e. both sparingly and prudently).As such, it seems natural to call it "au naturel management".
It is something you have to get used to. When a thought goes through your mind or one of your collaborators suggests a good idea or a project is still a little blurry, just like how St Exupéry's Little Prince asked the pilot who was lost in the desert to "draw me a sheep", ask your collaborator to "make me an OMABI!".
